The Area or society in which u want to development, first, you have to create educated people there.
Once they created, than they will educate others..& others will educate others..
On this basis of thinking, NIB has started an innovative programme called ‘super 5’.
NIB selects 5 talented girls from economically backward tribal area and trains them for Medical & Paramedical courses.
First Batch: 2012-2014
Banas Gram vikas Samiti runs “Aadijati Kanya Aashramshala (std 1-7)”, a residential Govt school, designed specially for tribal girls at Rampura(vadla) from last 14 years. In 2012, NIB has chosen 6 girls named Indira, Vaali, Leela, Amba, Laxmi… of Rampura (Vadla) who were students of first batch of Aashramshala. In 2014, 5 out of 6 girls has completed their science successfully.
