“Until we have equality in education,we won’t have an equal society.”

Training tribals, transforming lives.
Our belief is that if we want development in an area or a society, the first step is to create educated people there. Once educated, they will educate others and so on. Hence NIB School started an innovative two-year programme called ‘Super 5’.
NIB selects 5 talented girls from an economically backward tribal area and trains them for Medical & Paramedical courses. NIB provides the girls with all facilities, free of cost, for two years, which includes transportation, uniforms, study material, lunch, exam fees & personal coaching.
The girls are selected from the Aadijati Kanya Aashramshala (std 1-7), a residential government school, designed specially for tribal girls at Rampura(Vadla), run by the Banas Gram Vikas Samiti. The Samiti has been running the school for the last 14 years.
In 2014, the first batch of tribal girls successfully completed their science course from NIB School of Science, Palanpur. It was a moment of great satisfaction for NIB School, when the girls gained admission in the Govt. Nursing College and Govt. Physiotherapy College.
When they see how these girls got good jobs and changed their lives, other tribals will be inspired and encouraged to go for higher studies. This program has been a big success for NIB School.
